Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be between 12 months and under 66 years old
  • Be Vietnamese citizens or legally residing foreigners in Vietnam
  • Not stay outside Vietnam continuously for more than 180 days
  • Not suffer from severe mental disorders or leprosy
  • Not have active cancer (first-year participants)
  • Not have permanent disability exceeding 80% (first-year participants)
